Mexican Meat Pie
1 pound of ground meat (onion and bellpepper optional)
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of nacho cheese soup
1 small can of chopped green chilies (optional)
1 can of Rotel tomatoes (drained)
1 cup of water
1 tbsp. of chili powder
1 bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos (regular size)
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Brown the ground meat and drain the grease. Add all ingredients to this except the chips and shredded cheese. Simmer for 5 minutes or until all ingredients are well blended. Place the Doritos in a 9x13 pan and pour the beef mixture over the top. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Deviled Eggs

6 eggs, hard boiled, cooled and peeled
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon or regular mustard
1 tsp. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. finely chopped chives (optional)
Tabasco pepper sauce (optional)
Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
Half eggs and spoon out the cooked egg yolks into a bowl. Using a fork, work the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, chives, salt and pepper into the yolks to form a smooth paste. Add Tabasco sauce if desired. Spoon into egg halves or put egg paste into a pastry bag with star tip and fill egg halves. Sprinkle with paprika. Makes 12 egg halves.
Seven Layer Dip
Layer 1: 2 cans of bean dip
Layer 2: Combination of 1 oz. of sour cream, 1/4 cup of mayonnaise and a packet of taco seasoning
Layer 3: Combination of 3 smashed avacados and a tbsp. of lemon juice
Layer 4: Small can of chopped black olives
Layer 5: Chopped green onions (to taste)
Layer 6: 3 chopped tomatoes
Layer 7: Grated cheese (to taste)
Place the layers in a 9x13 pan.
